On Lifting is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the app to log and track your workouts, subject to the terms described below.

• Users can access up to 10 workouts for free.
• After this limit is reached, a subscription is required to continue using the workout tracking features.
• Subscription purchases are made through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are auto-renewing unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• We do not access or store any payment information.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The app’s availability, accuracy, or reliability
• Your fitness outcomes or progress
• Compatibility with all devices or future operating system versions

Use of the app is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

• Use or misuse of the app
• Physical injury or health issues related to workouts
• Errors or loss of data
• Subscription or billing issues through Apple

You are solely responsible for your use of the app and any fitness activities you perform as a result.

All content in the app — including the name, logo, interface, design, text, graphics, and source code — is the intellectual property of the developer and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the app or its contents
• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app’s source code
• Use the app’s branding without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for any user who violates these Terms of Use or misuses the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
